Bobby Lee Pendley, 64 of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Thursday, November 17, 2016, at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green, Ky. Bobby was born June 4, 1952 in Butler County Kentucky to the late Alvin and Lorene Grubb Pendley. He was a member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, retired from Lord Corporation after 39 years, and was an avid UK Basketball and Dallas Cowboys fan. He enjoyed hunting, vacationing and gardening. Bobby was a longtime golf enthusiast with his most enjoyable rounds being the ones with Wava as his partner. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend to many and loved spending time with his grandsons. Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister Helen Dean Pendley; two brother in laws Mark Madison and Charles Burden and one nephew Timothy Kirk Madison.

Bobby Lee Pendley is survived by his loving wife of 41 years Wava Madison Pendley of Morgantown, Ky.; two daughters Becky Guess (Cary) of Bowling Green, Ky. and Tracy Wilson (Ben) of Morgantown, Ky.; three grandsons Tyler, Tayten and Trey Wilson of Morgantown, Ky.; two sisters Myrl MacDonald (Jim) of Louisville, Ky and Betty Robbins (Garry) of Morgantown, Ky.; one brother Norman Pendley (Bev) of Huntsville, Ky. and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Monday, November 21, 2016, at 2:30pm with Bro. Darryl Dockery officiating. Burial will be in the Bowling Green Gardens on Lovers Lane. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 20, 2016, from 2:00pm - 8:00pm and Monday 10:30am until funeral time at 2:30pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
