Billy Carson Neace, 65 of Rochester, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at Morgantown. Mr. Neace was born September 3, 1947 in Butler County, to the late James and Millie Brown Neace. He was a Vietnam United States Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister Gayle Glover and one brother Jimmy Neace

Billy Carson Neace is survived by his two brothers, Robert Neace of Rochester and Carlos Proctor of Greenfield, In.; four sisters Shirley Chandler of Franklin, In., Annie Martin, Eula Mae McIntyre and Lucy Pearl Hamilton all of Owensboro; several nieces and nephews

Graveside Service will be held at Rochester Cemetery, Saturday, March 9, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. with Chaplin Bob Ward officiating . Burial will follow in the Rochester Cemetery.
