Billie Jean Truelove, age 92 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Sunday, January 28, 2024 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. She was born on Saturday, January 2, 1932 in Butler County, KY to the union of the late William and Kathleen Holder Lee. Billie Jean was a homemaker and a member of Green River Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School and played piano for many years. She loved spending time with her granddaughter and two great granddaughters. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Charles Truelove; a son Michael Truelove; daughter in law Iris Truelove; sister Francis Fulton and a brother Wayne Lee. 

Billie Jean Truelove is survived by her granddaughter Courtney Meredith of Morgantown, KY; two great granddaughters Everleigh and Henleigh Meredith of Morgantown, KY; one brother Tommy Lee wife Ellen of Louisville, KY and a sister in law Bonita Lee of Louisville, KY. 

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at 1:00pm with Bro. Mitch Ash and Bro. Kelley Harris officiating. Burial will be in the Rochester Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 from 11:00am until funeral time at 1:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
