Barry Gene Belcher, age 65 of Louisville, KY passed away Sunday, December 4, 2022 at Baptist Health Louisville. Barry was born November 2, 1957 in Bowling Green, KY to the late Howard Wayne Belcher and Wilma Lou Dye Yokley. He was a member of Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, KY and a Kentucky Colonel. Barry was a retired hair dresser in Louisville, KY for many years, he enjoyed decorating and making flower arrangements. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by one brother Hoy Clay Belcher.

Barry Gene Belcher is survived by one sister Donna Gaskey husband Roger of Morgantown, KY; two brothers Gary Wayne Belcher of Bowling Green, KY and James Anthony "Tony" Belcher wife Cathy of Bowling Green, KY and several nieces and nephews.
