Ann L. Moore, age 81, of Mt. Vernon, Indiana, passed away on Friday, April 6, 2012 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. The Butler County native was born April 7, 1930. She was a homemaker who enjoyed quilting and she was of the Baptist faith. She was the daughter of the late Robert Taylor "Brud" and Hattie Bell Langford Manners .
Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 10, 2012, at Smith Funeral Home, with Bro. Gary Embry officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 8 a.m.until funeral at Smith Funeral Home. Burial will be at Caney Fork Cemetery.
She is survived by two daughters: Bertha Miniard of Mt. Vernon, In., and Brenda Vandal and husband Roger of Indianapolis, In., 5 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren, 2 sisters: Hazel Manners and Essie Elomond both of Russellville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 Sisters: Oma, Letha, Leller and Florence Manners and 1 Brother: Robert Manners.
