Ann Catherine "Cathy" Cook, 72 of Morgantown, Ky., passed away Friday, November 6, 2015 at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky, Bowling Green, Ky. She was born in Louisville, Ky. on September 19, 1943 to Joseph Harold and Martha Louise Burch Kelley. Ms. Cook was a Secretary for Middle Kentucky Construction and attended Aberdeen Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Thomas Cook.

She is survived by two daughters Jo Lynn Reed and husband Kenneth of Morgantown, Jana Rose and husband David of Morgantown; three grandchildren Tyler Reed and wife Megan of Lexington, Conner Reed of Morgantown and Beth Ann Rose of Morgantown; one sister Linda Jo Givens of Morgantown.

Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Sunday, November 8, 2015 at 4 pm with Bro. Roger Taylor and Bro. Charles Ed Flener officiating. Burial will follow in the Hill Haven Memory Garden Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, November 8th from 12 pm until 3:30pm in the old chapel with the funeral beginning at 4pm in the new chapel at Smith Funeral Home, Morgantown, Ky.
