Amanda Lindsey Durbin, age 52 of Morgantown, KY, passed away on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at her residence. Born on Thursday, February 15, 1973, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to the late Chelton Estil and Clara Marie Lindsey.

 

Amanda's spirit is carried on by her husband of 16 years, Bradley Durbin of Morgantown, Kentucky, whom she married on May 15, 2009. She was a proud and loving mother to Austin Neighbors (Leah Moore) of Morgantown, KY, Bryanda Neighbors (Bo Ray) of Morgantown, KY, Kellie Jo Durbin (John) of Bowling Green, KY, and Megan Embry of Morgantown, KY, all of whom brought immense joy to her life. Amanda's legacy continues through her grandchildren: Zoey, Xzavier, Ryker, McKinley, Braylee, Oaklynn, Ayden, Easton, and Paizley.

 

Amanda's brother, Wayne Lindsey of Shepherdsville, KY, and her sister, Clara McGrew of Brownsville, KY, along with several nieces and nephews.

 

Professionally, Amanda served as an Insurance Billing Coordinator for Bluegrass Oral Health, her interests were a reflection of her love for life and the outdoors. She relished the times spent riding their Razor, fishing, and working in her flowers. Amanda's dogs were not just pets but beloved members of the family. Amanda found joy in attending a good auction, however, her greatest pleasure was in the time spent with her grandchildren, cherishing every giggle, hug, and milestone. 

 

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Monday, November 17, 2025 at 1:00pm. Burial will be in the Durbin Cemetery where her family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 17, 2025 from 10:00am until funeral time at 1:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
