Alice "Lou" Cox, 77, of Morgantown, KY passed away Sunday, October 18, 2020 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. Lou was born May 14, 1943 at home in Joel Holler in the Welches Creek Community to the late Tossom and Clora Elms Cox. She was a member of Mt Union Missionary Baptist Church and she worked at Kane Industries for several years and retired from the Rubber Plant in Morgantown, KY. Lou loved crocheting and could pretty much make anything by sight. She also enjoyed researching genealogy, talking on the phone with friends and spending time with her sister. Other than parents she is preceded in death by one brother Emmitt Cox; brother in law James A. Brooks; nephew Garlon Casey Cox and infant twin nephews.

Alice "Lou" Cox is survived by her sister Dorothy Brooks of Morgantown, KY; sister-in-law Jo Dean Cox of Morgantown, and many nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. with Bro. Randall Deweese and Bro. Larry Cardwell officiating. Burial will be in the Noah Johnson Cemetery.Visitation will be held on Wednesday October 21, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Thursday 10:00 a.m. until funeral time at 1:00 p.m. at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
