Aleta Joanne Koval Tines, 64,  of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Sunday, July 28, 2013 at her residence. Ms. Tines was born January 7, 1949 in Hopewell, VA, to the late Joseph John Koval and Ruby Juanita Crotts Koval.  She was a homemaker.  Ms. Tines was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Linda Gurganus and Robin Richardson; two grandchildren, Joseph Edward Chilson and Sierra Chilson

Aleta Tines is survived by her ex-husband, Chester "Pub" Proctor of Morgantown; one daughter, Candace Scott of Morgantown; two sons, Robert L. Tines and Robert J. Tines, both of Franklin, Ky.; four grandchildren, two great- grandchildren; two sisters, Barbara Evans of Winchester, Va. and Mary Barron, Melbourne, Fl. 

Family has requested no funeral service or visitation.

Arrangements are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, Morgantown, Ky.
