Volunteers give their time and energy – and sometimes money – for a worthy cause. Volunteers are compassionate and promote quality in life. In our region, we are blessed with many who volunteer on a regular basis.

The place is falling down around me.  You wouldn’t think four people could generate this much destruction.  I guess we’re just gifted.  I can tolerate a mess for a while then I begin to feel like I’m being pushed out of my own home.

The observation is sometimes made about a preacher, elder, or teacher that he is “too narrow.” It is entirely possible, of course, that one may be “too narrow.” However, this is not so often the case as some may think. Some people are so broad that they are mighty shallow.

That’s All, Folks-Awhile back, I began hearing rumblings that Psyche would be cancelled after this season, their 8th.  I’ve also heard rumblings that another USA show, White Collar, was on the verge of being cancelled.  Once those shows go away, I’ll have no other reason except for Monday nights
