Kathy (Rouzer) Baker, age 72, of Leitchfield, KY passed away on Monday, June 29, 2026. She was born in Bedford, PA on Oct. 8, 1953. Kathy was a CNA at Twin Lakes Hospital in Leitchfield. Kathy loved knitting, cooking, baking and spending time with her grandkids. She was preceded in death by her husband Elwood Baker; father Sheldon Rouzer; son Elwood Baker Jr.; sister Doranne Ray.

She is survived by her children Michael Baker and Erik Baker (Tanya); daughter Danielle Mentzer; four granddaughters Katie, Allie, Jenna and Jessie Baker.

Visitation will begin on Thursday, July 2, 2026 from 4:30pm-8:00pm at Smith Funeral Home, Morgantown. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
