Kevin Elza Cline

Kevin Elza Cline, born on March 24, 1979, in Crown Point, Indiana, was known best for his loving nature, his ability to bring laughter to any room, and the wisdom he readily shared with those around him. It is with profound sorrow that we announce Kevin's peaceful passing on November 28, 2025, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.

Kevin was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend. He leaves behind a beautiful tapestry of memories cherished by his devoted wife of seven years, Nickie Cline of Morgantown, Kentucky; his four adoring children, who thought of him as Superman, Dillon Sailing of Morgantown, KY, Sam Cline of Morgantown, KY, Raiden Cline of Hartford, KY, and Caden Cline of Morgantown, KY; as well as his two bonus sons, Johnny Nance-Drum and Kamron Johnson, both of Morgantown. His loving mother, Jean Ann Bratcher of Fordsville, KY, KY along with his five siblings, Cindy Munchel (Lester), Marie Cline, Trudy Stewart (Aaron), Billy Freeman, and Waymon Bratcher (Hannah), special sister, Kimmy White (Christian), mother-in-law, Gail Wilder and two special nieces that he adored, Ellie and Ember White will forever feel the warmth of his presence in their hearts. Kevin's enduring friendship with his best friend, Steve Bratcher (Kristie), was a testament to his loyalty and kind spirit.

Though Kevin is now reunited with his late father, Orville "Butch" Cline, and his best friend, Thomas Bratcher, who both preceded him in death, his legacy of joy and companionship remains a vibrant beacon to us all.

Professionally, Kevin was known for his drive and commitment as a warehouse manager at CPG, where he led with both diligence and compassion. His leadership was integral to the company's operations, and his team regarded him with great respect.

Outside of his work, Kevin was an enthusiast of the great outdoors; he relished every opportunity to go hunting and fishing, often sharing these adventures with his family and friends. A master of the grill, he will be remembered for the delicious meals and the camaraderie that accompanied them. A passionate fan of fantasy football and UNC basketball, Kevin's zeal for his hobbies was only matched by the love for his family.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Jones Funeral Chapel, P.O. Box 414, Morgantown, KY 42261. Please share any photos, memories, condolences or to light a candle in memory of Kevin please visit www.jonesfuneralchapel.com.
