Norman Ray Huff

Norman Ray Huff, age 87 of Roundhill, KY, passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. Born on Friday, July 8, 1938, in Roundhill, KY, he was a man of integrity and hard work, whose life was a testament to the values he held dear.
 
Norman was preceded in death by his parents, Carl G. and Lucille Lawrence Huff. His legacy continues through his beloved wife of 66 years, Betty Lou "Bobbie" Huff of Roundhill, KY, whom he married on September 29, 1958. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and enduring memories.
 
A devoted father, Norman is survived by his children, Kim Johnson (Delbert) of Roundhill, KY, and Joy Duvall (Jack) of Sunfish, KY. He was a proud grandfather to four grandchildren, Kelly Bratcher (Ben) of Roundhill, KY, Holly Minton (Daniel) of Roundhill, KY, Jodi Lindsey of Nashville, KY, and Bobby Lindsey (Virginia) of Louisville, KY. His joy was multiplied with the arrival of his five great-grandchildren, Blake Bratcher, Leah Bratcher, Anna Beth Minton, all of Roundhill, KY, and Liliana and Isabella Ray Lindsey, both of Louisville, KY. Norman also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.
 
Norman's life was marked by his dedication to his community and his passion for the land. A member of the Roundhill Church of Christ and he retired from the State Highway Department in Butler County. Norman was also a farmer and loved raising cattle and working on his farm were more than just interests for Norman; they were a way of life. He found solace in the rhythm of the seasons and the care of his animals. Yet, it was the time spent with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren that truly brightened his days.
 
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Monday, September 15, 2025 at 1:00pm with Bro. Kevin Morrow and Bro. Sean Smith officiating. Burial will be in the Threlkel Cemetery where Ben Bratcher, Daniel Minton, Charlie Wood, Blake Bratcher, Bobby Lindsey, Scott Davis, Johnny Pharrish and Tim Dorris will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 14, 2025 from 2:00pm - 7:00pm and Monday 10:00am until funeral time at 1:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to Threlkel Cemetery Fund c/o Jones Funeral Chapel P.O. Box 414 Morgantown, KY 42261.
