Deanna Kalynn Cade-May, a loving and gentle soul, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at the UK Bluegrass Hospice Care Center in Lexington, Kentucky. Born on Saturday, October 22, 1983, in Columbus, Ohio, Deanna's friendly demeanor and warm heart touched the lives of many throughout her 41 years.

She was preceded in death by her father, Russell May, her brother, Steaven May, and her maternal grandparents, Leon Cox and Wilma Joyce Erwin, as well as her paternal grandparents, Henry and Irene May, and several aunts and uncles.

Surviving Deanna is her devoted mother, Sandra K. May; sisters, Shanna Gulley (Dwayne) of Wyoming and Vickey May of Warren, Michigan; her aunt Gloria Cox-Dockery (Glenn) of Florida, and uncle Ronnie May (Lisa) of Michigan and several nieces and nephews.

Deanna's interests were as unique and vibrant as her personality, she enjoyed collecting movies, CDs, and she loved all things Cheetah or Twilight. Her passion for these interests was only surpassed by the love she had for her family, her dog Bella, and her cat Snow.
