Tony D. "Rabbitt" Costello

We celebrate the life of Tony D. "Rabbitt" Costello, who lived his years with passion and unwavering kindness. Born in Louisville, KY, on May 19, 1958, "Rabbitt" entered eternal rest at his son’s home in Roundhill, KY, on June 23, 2024.

Rabbitt's legacy is marked by the love and laughter he shared with his close-knit family, including his three sons, Anthony Dunn of Morgantown, KY, Trent Costello of Roundhill, KY, and Terrin Costello (Tiffani) of Roundhill, KY. His joy magnified with the birth of each of his grandchildren, Maddx Everett, Talyin Costello, and Marius Costello, who became the apples of his eye. A beloved sibling, Rabbitt is survived by his sister, Judi Cardwell (James), and his brother, Robert Costello, both of Roundhill, KY, as well as several cherished nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his loving parents, Thurman D. Costello Jr. and Dovie Willis Costello, and his brother, Ricky Costello.

rofessionally, Rabbitt applied his hardworking and ingenious spirit to his career as a mechanic until disability led him to find joy in other facets of life. Rabbitt's interests were a reflection of his vibrant character; he relished the freedom of the road while riding his Harley, and he found peace and contentment in the company of his dear friends and in the priceless moments spent with his grandchildren.
