Everett Leslie Russ, age 48 of Morgantown, KY passed away Saturday, July 22, 2023 at the Signature Health Care of Hartford in Hartford, KY. He was born on Tuesday, October 8, 1974 in Hartford, KY to the union of the late Edward L. and Betty Jean Patterson Russ. Everett loved Hot Wheel Cars, country music and The Johnny Carson Show. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by one sister Vonda Russ; maternal grandparents Everett Patterson and May Embry and paternal grandparents Les and Nora Russ. 

Everett Leslie Russ is survived by one sister Sherry Williams (Garnett) of Morgantown, KY; one brother Eddie Russ of Morgantown, KY; one niece Elisha Williams (Misty) of Beaver Dam, KY; two nephews Derrick Williams (Sarah) of Beaver Dam, KY and Cody Russ (Brittany) of Morgantown, KY; great nieces Bryleigh and Zaeleigh Russ of Morgantown, KY and Amythyst Williams of Beaver Dam, KY; great nephews Chase Tichenor and Ryder Williams both of Beaver Dam, KY and a special cousin Sandra Rife of Morgantown, KY. 

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at 1:00pm with Bro. Cody Russ officiating. Burial will be in the Riverview Cemetery where family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 from 10:30am until funeral time at 1:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
