Mrs. Anna Darlene (Threlkel) Ford, age 74, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to her Heavenly Father on October 10, 2021. She was born on August 7, 1947, in Louisville, KY, to the late Harlie C. and Irmalee Fay (Raymer) Threlkel. Mrs. Ford was an owner and operator of Ford’s Hair Fashions, a hairdresser, and retired from Sally Beauty Supply. Mrs. Ford is preceded in death by her parents; spouse of 51 years, Jerald Wayne Ford, and brother, Gary Threlkel.

She leaves to cherish his memory her children, Robin Ford-Hyche, Rhonda Housmann (Dug), and Kevin Parrott (Sandy); Grandchildren, Sheena Theising (Adam), Desiree Pierce (Levi), Duglas Housmann , Hunter Ford, and Kandyce Housmann; Great-Grandchildren, Ra’lynn Pierce, Jayce Theising, and La’iney Pierce; and sister-in law, Shirley Threlkel.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, October 15, 2021, at 12:00pm in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd) with graveside services at Threlkel Cemetery, Region Road at 3:00pm EST . Family and friends may pay their respects on Thursday from 11:00am until 8:00pm and on Friday from 10:00 am until the time of service.
