Ralph A. Parker age 84 of Roundhill, Kentucky,  passed away Monday, October 3, 2011,at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Ky.
He was a Harlan County, Ky native, son of the late Sampson and Elnora Kelley Parker, a United States Army Veteran and a retired construction worker. He was preceded in death by one daughter Rita Gail Parker Rone, one son Tony Parker, a grandson Robert Rone and several brothers and sisters. Ralph A. Parker is survived by his wife Beatrice Bratcher Parker of Roundhill, Ky., 3 daughters Crystal Ashley and husband Tim of Brownsville Ky., Lisa Parker of Utah, and Rebecca Parker of Louisville Ky., 5 sons Robert Wesley Parker and wife Susan of Morgantown, Ky., Wayne Parker and wife Wilma of Roundhill, Ky., Jeff Parker and wife Leesa of Munfordville, Ky., Mike Parker Of Elizabethtown, Ky., and Rick Parker of Louisville, Ky, and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 5, 2011, at the Jones Funeral Chapel with Bro. Dannie Tarrance officiating. Burial will be in the Threlkel cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 4, 2011, from 6:00 pm till 8:00 pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel and on Wednesday, October 5, 2011, from 8:00 am till funeral time at 2:00 pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
