Nora Ellen Phelps, 84 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Monday, November 20, 2017, at her residence. Nora was born June 25, 1933, in Butler County, Kentucky to the late James G. and Gradie Elizabeth Johnson Phelps and wife of the late R C Phelps. She was of the Baptist faith and retired from Kellwood.

Nora Ellen Phelps is survived by one son Richard Wilkerson (Tina) of Morgantown, KY.; one daughter Julie Duvall of Brownsville, KY; four grandchildren Melissa, Shawn, Jarrod and Shayna; five great-grandchildren Brittany, Hunter, Logan, Mason and Briar; two great-great grandchildren and one sister Betty Henderson Grundy of Morgantown, KY.
