Mary Kellis Embry Moore, 70, of  Morgantown, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2016 at the Rockcastle Regional Hospital in Mt. Vernon, Ky.  She was born in Butler Co. on October 28, 1945 to the late Owen Embry & Nova Duke Embry. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Johnny Moore and many siblings.

Mary is survived by 3 Children; Jim Edward Phelps(Kelli) of Rochester, Michelle Tutko of Morgantown,  Brad Phelps (Nikki) of Rochester, 6 Grandchildren; Seth Phelps (Sheena) of Hawaii, Tad Phelps(Stacy) of Bowling Green, Chelsea Shenefield (Casey) of Morgantown, Destiny Phelps of Pensacola, Fl, Zac Tutko of Morgantown, and Cooper Phelps of Rochester, 1 Great Granddaughter; Marley Rebecca Phelps of Bowling Green, 1 Sister; Imogene Druin of Louisville, and several nieces and nephews.   

Memorial Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Monday, February 15, 2016 at 2 pm.  Visitation will be held 12pm until time of service at 2Pm Monday at Smith Funeral Home.
