The 18th Annual Butler County FFA Farm Toy and Antique Tractor Show was held March 8, 2014 from 9-3 pm at the Butler County High School. Over 11 vendors were on hand along with toy farm displays, and toy tractors.  The Corn play box was also a great hit.

Sheriff Scottie Ward gave the squires a check for $22,632.74 for the 2013 settlement  of the sheriff's office.

The Butler County Fiscal Court met Monday, March 10th at the Woodbury Museum. While the meeting was classed as a special session because of the change in venue, it was the Court's regular March meeting. Fifth District Magistrate Keith Daugherty was absent from the meeting.

The Butler County Stockman’s Association held their annual livestock sale on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at the Eva Hawes Ag. Exposition Center in the Morgantown City Park. The sale was a huge success netting close to $65,000 for Butler County Farmers.
