On Thursday December 18, faculty and staff members from Morgantown Elementary School gathered with some community officials to celebrate Greg Woodcock's retirement as well as remember his time in the Butler County School system.

On Sunday, December 14, the Butler County Chapter of the Compassionate Friends held their 6th annual meeting. The event began with a welcome given by Debbie Young, Chapter Leader, she also explained the Compassionate Friends Program.

Visitors of all ages will enjoy the exhibit of over 300 nativity displays at the Morgantown Branch of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Meadowlark Drive off Logansport Road. There is a variety of displays including wood, glass, fabric, clay, metal and even coal.
