Salmonella outbreaks associated with contact with live poultry in backyard flocks that began in early June are now affecting people in 45 states, and Kentucky appears to have the highest number of illnesses.

On behalf of the Morgantown Mission, Butler County Family Resource Center, and the Butler County Youth Services Center all registered Butler County students are invited to the Back to School Bash at Morgantown City Park on Tuesday, August 2nd 6:00pm to 8:00pm.

Band Camp began Monday, July 18th and will continue through next Wednesday, July 25th. Due to the high heat index, the camp has been moved indoors at the high school. However, this has not dampened any spirits of the high school and middle school students participating.

Elders from Morgantown Care and Rehab and kids of their care partners enjoyed a beautiful morning out fishing. There was lots of excitement as they arrived at the water with all kinds of discoveries!

We had a grand total of 94 people attend 4-H Summer Camp July 11-15 at West Kentucky 4-H Camp in Dawson Springs, KY. Everyone had a wonderful time!
