Residents at Morgantown Care and Rehab celebrated Valentine's Day with a dance on Friday afternoon. JC and Yvonne Pharris were named King and Queen of the dance. Refreshments were served and makeovers were done prior to the dance. Also celebrating their anniversary were Mary Abbott and H.W.
