Susan Embry and Casey Fowler, along with big sister Bailee would like to announce that they have a new member of the family! Jaxon Casey Fowler was born May 31, 2016 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green. Jaxon came bouncing in at 8:42 p.m. weighing 8lbs and 3 oz. and was 21 inches long.

July 4th at 11am yielded the 2016 Green River Catfish Festival Dog Show. The weather was a bit rainy, but it didn't dampen the excitement of the dog lovers and the dogs who participated.

Cool Springs Baptist Church will host Vacation Bible School July 11-13th, from 6:00pm to 8:15pm. Kingdom Kids is for children ages 3 to 12 featuring Bible lessons, crafts, snacks, games, and music. VBS kick-off "Kingdom Faire" will be Sunday, July 10th at 5:30pm.
