Hundreds of children and their families lined up at the Charles Black City Park on Tuesday, July 29 to receive school supplies and items to help prepare them for the upcoming school year.

For 14 years now, the Stuff the Bus Foundation has been working to provide school supplies and opportunities to children and families in need.

The Butler County High School class of 1964 will hold their 55th anniversary reunion at 5 p.m. on Saturday August 17 in the Eva Hawes building at the Morgantown City Park. All classmates and spouses are invited to attend.

Butler County residents had a chance to exhibit various items during the 2019 Catfish Festival with entering their items in the Butler County Open Division Contest.
