On June 13, 2025, the family of William (Laney) and Anne Scott presented the original Bill of Sale for the Butler County Soldiers’ Monument to Tommy Hines and the Butler County Museum, along with a framed copy of the bill to Judge Tim Flener and representatives of the Butler County government.
