Gary Wayne Rippy of Portland, Tennessee, lost control of his truck on Thursday morning around the 23-mile marker on the Natcher Parkway.
Rippy drives for B & L Trucking of Franklin, Kentucky.  He was not injured.  The accident is being worked by the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement (CVE) of the Kentucky State Police.
Butler County Deputy Heath West and Butler County EMS responded.
