UPDATE: KY Transportation Cabinet District 3 Water Over the Road Report

The District 3 area serves Allen, Barren, Butler, Edmonson, Logan, Metcalfe, Monroe, Simpson, Todd, and Warren counties

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (June 28, 2026) – Following a weather system that brought heavy rain and severe weather to the District 3 area overnight Friday through Sunday, multiple roads remain impassable due to flooding.

The list below is the current list of known flooded state roads at the time of the release. Conditions change rapidly and roads may become impassable before an updated list can be sent. This list does not contain city or county-maintained roads that may be impassable.

Please do not attempt to drive through possible high water. Please do not drive around or move barricades and signs. For road conditions across the Commonwealth, please visit GoKY.ky.gov.
