As Veterans Day approaches several activities have been planned in the community. Please mark your calendar and plan to attend.
1. VFW Auxiliary Post 5837 dinner, Friday, Nov 8 at 6:00 P.M. at Butler County Extension Office (formerly Pamida) All veterans invited.
2. Butler County NSDAR Veterans breakfast, Saturday, Nov 9 at 9:00 A.M. at BCHS. All veterans invited.
3. Veterans Parade, Saturday, Nov 9 at 2:00 P.M., rides provided for all veterans wishing to ride in the parade.
4. Green River NSDAR reception, Saturday, Nov 9, after parade at Morgantown Elementary School. All veterans invited.
5. Butler County Community Veterans Program, Monday, Nov 11 at 9:00 A.M. at BCHS. All veterans and community invited.
