Linda Tyree, Counselor at Morgantown Elementary School, received the Pamela Kaye Gabbard Emerging Leader Award at the 2013 Kentucky School Counselors Association annual conference in Lexington on March 7th.  Linda was honored for her dedication to school counseling and for her efforts to promote the organization throughout the state.  She is currently serving as the Elementary Vice President for KSCA.   She is pictured with Omar Morris, KSCA President and Pamela Gabbard, for whom the award was named.
