The Butler County Sheriff’s Department was dispatched to 100 Lonnie Snodgrass Road on Sunday afternoon in reference to an accident involving a vehicle and bicycle.
Ryan C. Bratcher, of 3013 Oak Ridge Road, was traveling west on Lonnie Snodgrass Road in a 2007 Ford F150. According to the accident report when Bratcher got to the 100 block of the road Colten Bratcher, 12 of 100 Lonnie Snodgrass Road rode his bicycle into the road in front of the truck.  Ryan Bratcher stated that he was unable to stop and struck the bicycle.  Colten Bratcher stated that he was riding his bicycle and never saw the truck.
Colten Bratcher was taken by Butler County EMS to the Medical Center in Bowling Green.  He was later flown to Kosair Children’s Hospital in Louisville.   He was released from the hospital on Monday evening and according to family members expected to make a full recovery.
