Trinity Plunk, Smith Funeral Home Apprentice

Smith Funeral Home would like to introduce the newest staff member, Ms. Trinity Plunk. Ms. Plunk's employment began in December of 2021, and her apprenticeship started in April of this year. This young lady has a lifelong passion for serving her community. Therefore, she chose to attend school and earn her Associates in Mortuary Sciences, allowing her to be a Funeral Director and Embalmer.

To achieve her goals, Ms. Plunk must complete a two-year apprenticeship at a funeral home and earn her degree.

Moving to Kentucky from Mississippi to be closer to family, Trinity sought out an internship at Smith Funeral Home, and they are very pleased to have her. Once you meet her, you will see why. She has a great personality, a soft voice, and caring light about her.

Penni Lee and Rachel Sublett have stated that the families she has already helped service said Trinity was a joy to have during their time of need.

As previously mentioned, Ms. Plunk strongly desires to serve her community. She is also an active member of the National Guard as a Diesel Mechanic Private First Class and travels back to her home state of Mississippi twice a year to participate in drills.

Trinity resides in Morgantown with her son Rhett "Marty" Bratcher. Once she has earned her degree, and her apprenticeship is finalized, Trinity plans to continue settling into our community and make Morgantown her home.
