On Monday, February 24, 2014, Sgt. Paul Burden and Officer Ethan Vincent made a traffic stop on Tony L. White Jr. in the 300 block of South Tyler Street regarding a probation violation.  After consent to search was given by the owner of the vehicle, synthetic cannabinoids a.k.a. “Spice” and drug paraphernalia were located inside the vehicle.  Tony L. White Jr., 30, of 179 Jim Embry Road, Morgantown was arrested and charged with probation violation, trafficking synthetic cannabinoids, possession of synthetic cannabinoids and possession of drug paraphernalia.  White was lodged in the Butler County Jail.  The owner of the vehicle was not charged.
