Swim Team Sign-Ups

The Morgantown-Butler County Swim Team is now taking signups for the 2012 season. We are looking forward to a great season.

Things you should know:
The swim season is for 2 months (June - July)
Practices are 5 days a week 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Swim Meets last for around 4 hours
Parent volunteers are needed at each meet
YOUR CHILD MUST KNOW HOW TO SWIM (We will teach them the 4 different strokes)

The fee is $50 per swimmer of for a family of 2 or more swimmers $40 per swimmer.

The form can be dropped off at Five Season's Flowers and Gifts on Main Street across from the court house. Please have exact change or a check.

Sign up fee for Morgantown Butler County Barracuda Swim Team is $50 for one swimmer and 2 or more swimmers in a family the fee will be $40 each swimmer.
The fees are due at the time you sign up.

Our team swimsuits are a basic one piece suit-we would prefer a black swimsuit. Each swimmer will need goggles. Swim caps are optional.

RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION: I agree to and hereby release Morgantown-Butler County Swim Team coaching staff; Morgantown City Pool; and Morgantown Butler County Swim Team Board Members; their agents and employees from all liabilities and claims arising by reason of injuries that may occur to my child while participating in the programs of the MBC. Swim Team, including travel to and from training sessions, other scheduled activities, and swimming meets.
