Butler County School Superintendent Scott Howard traveled to Frankfort on Saturday to be a part of the Kentucky School Board's Legislative Commission.  The commission is made up of Superintendents and board members from across the state.  He is pictured here with David Baird , interim executive director of KSBA and Shannon Pratt Stiglitz, Director of Governmental Relations.  The group spent the day determining the legislative agenda for KSBA for the upcoming session.
