Single Vehicle Accident On Natcher Parkway

A single vehicle accident shutdown northbound Natcher Parkway near the 24 mile marker just east of Morgantown, in Butler County on Monday afternoon. Cynthia J. Brumitt, 54 of Columbia, Kentucky, was traveling northbound when she apparently loss control of her vehicle according to witnesses. Brumitt then hit the guardrail over corrected traveling back across the road hitting the opposite guardrail and over turned. She was airlifted from the scene by Air Evac to Skyline Medical Center, in Tennessee.

Responded to the accident were Butler County Sheriff Deputies Chris Reneer, Travis McIntosh, and Trey Flener, Butler County EMS, Rescue Squad, and the State Highway Department.
