Make plans to join us at noon [CT] on Saturday the 1st of March for the annual L&N Railroad Luncheon, a fund-raising event for the South Union Shaker Village.

Experience a midday meal like no other at South Union’s famous railroad hotel, the Shaker Tavern. The hearty late 19th century menu is typical of what would have been served to southern Kentucky railroad travelers of the period. This year’s menu includes roast turkey and cranberries, baked macaroni and cheese, baked sweet potatoes, homemade apple sauce, breaded tomatoes, and walnut cake with whipped cream.
