State Senator C.B. Embry speaks on the Senate floor on January 5, 2017, during the first week of the 2017 Regular Session of the Kentucky General Assembly. Sen. Embry will present his Senate Bill 21, a “Right to Try” bill which allows for the use of experimental treatments for terminal illnesses, for discussion in the Senate Health and Welfare Committee.
