Rochester Community Christmas

On Friday nightDecember 5, the community of Rochester came together in the Rochester Community Building for the annual  community Christmas celebration.  The building was soon filled with members of the community ready to have a great time.
After a prayer, everyone lined up for soup, hot dogs and various desserts.  Conversations filled the air, as did the joyous feel of the season.  After the meal, Santa made an early stop in Rochester.  Kids lined up to see the jolly fat man and tell him what they wanted for Christmas.  Even yours truly sat on Saint Nick’s knee. Residents each brought two non-perishable cans of food for the local mission. A great time was certainly had by all in attendance!
