Rochester Community Christmas

Friday night December 7th at 6 pm, many in the Rochester Community congregated at the Rochester Community Building for the 2nd Annual Rochester Community Christmas party.  After feasting on homemade soups, sandwiches, hot dogs and desserts- and soft drinks, of course- they were all treated to a visit from good ole St. Nick himself! The kids in attendance gathered round the jolly man in red to tell him what they wanted for Christmas.  Jenny Priddy Joiner’s son even brought a Toys ‘R Us ad to show St. Nick exactly what he wanted.  Now, that’s what you call planning!

In addition to the food and Santa visit, Bryant McClellan brought a karaoke machine for all who wanted to sing Christmas songs.  X Factor-the Christmas edition had come to Rochester!  Everyone who attended had a great time!
Thanks to all who had a hand in making this event a success.
