Richland Baptist Youth Visit Shriners Hospital

Richland Baptist Church collected donations for coloring books and crayons for the Shriners Hospital last month. On Saturday, October 20th the youth made a trip to Lexington, KY to deliver them to the hospital and got to go on a tour while there.

Our tour guide, Ms. Macki Warren, did a great job giving the tour and providing information about what they do. The Lexington location is a bone and muscle hospital. It is very child oriented and decorated so the children won’t be scared while there, whether they are waiting in a room or traveling down the hall for an operation. It was a great visit and wonderful to see what they do for so many children in need.
