Beauty By Hal had a ribbon cutting and open house on Saturday May 14. Beauty By Hal is owned and operated by Hallie Sanders, Esthetician. She offers facials, waxing, lashes, dermaplanning, hydrojelly masks, and microdermabrasion. They are located at 501 W. G.L. Smith Street Suite D (in the Ace Hardware Shopping Center). She will be open on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. You can contact her at (270) 999-8539. Morgantown Mayor Billy Phelps and Butler County Judge Executive Tim Flener welcomed Beauty By Hal to the community and wished her well.
