RD Fundraisier in Provo.........BINGO!!!

Its not often you get to come in from the cold and immediately decide between chili, beef stew, chicken noodle and a half-dozen other homemade soups. Guests of the Provo Rural Development Club did just that Friday night as they enjoyed conversation, hot soup and chili and deserts in abundance.

Steve Layne, Theresa Wilson and Pat Lawrence.

The occasion was the annual fundraiser to support the 4-H Camp as well as the Rochester fire department. A little later in the evening, bingo was the focus of the effort. Prizes were donated by club members and area businesses.

“The night was a great success. We want to thank everyone who donated prizes, cooked the meal and supported in any way,” said club president Tony Wilson. Asked how long the club has been involved in fundraising efforts he replied, “a long time.”

For anyone looking for food, fellowship and fun for some good causes, Friday night in Provo would make everyone yell out…….BINGO!!!
