PUBLIC NOTICE

Under the National Policy Environmental Act of 1969 Section 102 (42 USC § 4332), citizens are afforded the opportunity to express their views concerning projects that impact their environment.  The public is invited to view and comment on an environmental assessment of the proposed Land and Water Conservation Fund construction of an RV Park at 167 Lock 4 Road, Morgantown, KY 42261.

Anyone may view the environmental assessment at the office of the Butler County Judge Executive and address comments on this project to the Butler County Fiscal Court at 110 N. Main Street, Morgantown, KY 42261.  This comment period will be open for 30 days from 7/22/2020 until 8/24/2020.
