PUBLIC NOTICE regarding, Civil Action, 26-CI-116, Butler Circuit Court, COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF FISH AND WILDLIFE- THE KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES AND ASSIGNS OF A. H. SEBASTIAN AND SPOUSES THEREOF, IF ANY and  THE KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES AND ASSIGNS OF A. H. SEBASTIAN AND SPOUSES THEREOF, IF ANY OF F. A. DIEDRICH

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: 

Consistent with an Order entered by the Butler Circuit Court on 7-2-26, I have been appointed to act as the Warning Order Attorney for the THE KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES AND ASSIGNS OF A. H. SEBASTIAN AND SPOUSES THEREOF, IF ANY and  THE KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES AND ASSIGNS OF A. H. SEBASTIAN AND SPOUSES THEREOF, IF ANY OF F. A. DIEDRICH in a lawsuit brought by COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF FISH AND WILDLIFE in the Butler Circuit Court where COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF FISH AND WILDLIFE is seeking to adjudicate all rights on a piece of real property in Jetson, Butler County, Kentucky, located at the end of Martin Phelps Road. 

This is to inform that my only duties in this action are to notify the THE KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES AND ASSIGNS OF A. H. SEBASTIAN AND SPOUSES THEREOF, IF ANY and  THE KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES AND ASSIGNS OF A. H. SEBASTIAN AND SPOUSES THEREOF, IF ANY OF F. A. DIEDRICH of the nature and pendency of this action. I have not been appointed or hired to represent the interests of THE KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES AND ASSIGNS OF A. H. SEBASTIAN AND SPOUSES THEREOF, IF ANY and  THE KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES AND ASSIGNS OF A. H. SEBASTIAN AND SPOUSES THEREOF, IF ANY OF F. A. DIEDRICH. 

Further, if action is not taken by THE KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES AND ASSIGNS OF A. H. SEBASTIAN AND SPOUSES THEREOF, IF ANY and  THE KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES AND ASSIGNS OF A. H. SEBASTIAN AND SPOUSES THEREOF, IF ANY OF F. A. DIEDRICH or their representative within 50 days of my appointment as Warning Order Attorney (7-2-26), then COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF FISH AND WILDLIFE may be entitled to the relief sought in its complaint. Accordingly, I recommend your taking whatever appropriate action you deem necessary to protect the interests of THE KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES AND ASSIGNS OF A. H. SEBASTIAN AND SPOUSES THEREOF, IF ANY and  THE KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES AND ASSIGNS OF A. H. SEBASTIAN AND SPOUSES THEREOF, IF ANY OF F. A. DIEDRICH as soon as possible.
