Project Prom planning ongoing

Although the Butler County High School Prom is still a few months away, organizers are busy with preparations.   Project Prom is an after-prom event designed to give students a fun, safe alternative to spend time with their friends and to even earn money!

Activities are planned throughout the night.  Along with BCHS staff and other educators, the event relies on dozens of volunteers and financial support from the community.   Prom is set for May 6.

The BCHS Project Prom Committee is offering four packages for supporters to consider:

Package 1 ($250):  Supports Project Prom; Receives  1/8  page ad in the BCHS yearbook.

Package 2 ($500):  Supports Project Prom; Receives 1/4  page ad in BCHS yearbook; Sponsor on Project Prom Shirts.

Package 3 ($500):  ($1,000 or Above):  Supports Project Prom; Receives 1/2 page ad in the BCHS yearbook; Sponsor on Project Prom Shirts; Sponsor for BEAR Run (April).

Package 4 (Any Amount):  100 percent of the donation will go to supporting  Project Prom; No ads or sponsorships will be attached.
