Price takes official visit to UT Martin

MARTIN, Tenn. — Butler County senior guard Ty Price took an official visit to UT Martin on Friday, Oct. 11.

A candidate for Kentucky Mr. Basketball, Price is among the top boys' high school basketball players in the state. Price has excelled throughout his career, averaging 29.0 points. 5.0 assists and 3.3 rebounds per game for Butler County as a junior in the 2023-24 boys' high school basketball season. He is set to lead Butler County in the upcoming prep hoops campaign.

Price holds additional NCAA Division 1 offers from Sacred Heart, Southern Indiana, Eastern Kentucky, Detroit Mercy, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, Jacksonville State and Southeast Missouri.

The senior guard and his Butler County teammates are preparing to open preseason practice.
