Police Searching for Driver in Alleged Hit and Run

The Morgantown Police Department and Butler County Sheriff's Department is looking for the following individual, Michael W. Todd, 24, height 6'1, weight 140, brown hair and hazel eyes. He is wanted for Wanton Endangerment, first degree.
On August 4, 2016, Michael W. Todd is believed to have hit, with his car, a Deputy Jailer from the Butler County Jail on Gilstrap Road in Butler County.  The Deputy had an inmate work crew on a job site.  After contraband was thrown from the window of the vehicle and the Deputy Jailer made contact with the subject and his passenger, the subject fled the scene and hit the deputy with his car.  He left the scene driving a beige 1983 Buick 4-door, license plate 258-PXP.  Anyone who knows where he may be or has any connection with him, please contact the Morgantown City Police or the Butler County Sheriff's Department.  The injured deputy is being treated for his  the injuries, and the passenger has been lodged by Butler County Sheriff's Department at the Butler County Jail.
