The Planning and Zoning Commission will meet in regular session on Tuesday, December 4, at 6 PM at the Eva J. Hawes Agriculture Exposition and Community Center Building.

1.    Call to Order
2.    Approval of Agenda
3.    Reading of Minutes of Previous Meeting (11-13-12)
4.    Reports of Board Members and Zoning Administrator
5.    Unfinished Business
•    Cash Express signs
•    Billboard across from Sonic
•    Possible ordinance regarding construction of metal buildings in the central business district
•    Possible ordinance regarding consistency of mailboxes and new sidewalks in residential and/or central business district

6.    New Business
•    Set meeting dates for 2013: January 8, February 5, March 5, April 2, May 7, June 4, July 2, August 6, September 3, October 1, November 5, December 3.
•    Elect officers for 2013
